JOB-A-MATIC!
Are you currently looking for work in the coal region or surrounding areas? Well, working with the company Simply Hired, we developed our Coal Region Job-A-Matic Site where you could quite possibly find your next job!
This little site is filled with all kinds of local jobs that often don’t get advertised in the newspaper anymore. Why? Because the ad rates in newspapers like The Daily-Item are outrageous for a small town!
We’re here to make things right.

Big sites like LinkedIn and MySpace are already using a beefed-up version of the Job-A-Matic employment finder to power their jobs sections. It’s true! And when an employer posts to a Job-A-Matic board on Shamokin.biz (only five bucks a week per ad, that’s sweet!), it automatically ends up in a database of 5 million jobs.
